Cut the bulb onions into thin half rings and fry in vegetable oil. Cut the sweet peppers into small straws, add to the fried onions and simmer for 15 minutes. Combine chopped tomatoes with onions and peppers, stir, pour with beaten eggs, bake in the oven. Serve with boiled new potatoes or as a stand-alone dish.
