In milk sauce, prepare various vegetables: potatoes, tomatoes, kohlrabi, green peas, bean pods, etc. A vegetable dish in milk sauce can be made from one or more types of vegetables. In the latter case, the vegetables are mixed. Peel, wash, cut into cubes or wedges, cook in salted water, roll in a colander or sieve to make water glass.
