Onions with nuts

Peel and finely shred the onions. Pour a small amount of water into the bottom of a thick-walled saucepan (depends on the diameter of the saucepan, but the smaller, the better), bring the onion into it until soft. If desired, you can add a little tomato puree. Crumble nuts, as usual.
