Potato tortillas with skewers

boil raw potatoes, peel hot, mash, add yeast, some milk or water, let rise. then add flour, salt, mix everything and allow to rise again. when the mass is right, place a spoon on a greased frying pan or sheet and bake. the tortillas can be laid on a sheet or frying pan in a thick layer and baked like pudding. when served, cut into chunks and fill with skewers.
