Sweet curd noodles

The noodles (vermicelli) are boiled in salted water. Curd is passed through a meat grinder or strained through a sieve, ground yolks, a little vanilla sugar are added, everything is well mixed, combined with boiled noodles, whipped proteins are added. The whole mass is put in a tin, oiled, sprinkled with crumbs, poured on top with sour cream mixed with egg, sugar and baked. Noodle is served with sour cream, jam, povidl.
