Cut the peeled raw potatoes into thin slices and fry in vegetable oil. When the slices are browned, break the egg on top of them, and then put 1/2 cup of cottage cheese on top, mixed with the same amount of grated cheese. Hold the pan over the heat for a few minutes so that the cottage cheese warms up and, decorating this dish with fresh herbs, serve a pa table.
