This diet dish requires special attention. You can cook it from fresh or baked nuts, with and without skin, rubbed with water or with various juices, or maybe with infusions of herbs. It all depends on the appointment of nutritionists. An adult per day is entitled to no more than 15-20 g, or 3-4 walnuts. Nuts in shells, soak for 2-3 hours, carefully, without violating the integrity of the halves, remove the kernels, heat them slightly in a pan and grind in a grinder. If the house has a porcelain stupa with a pestle, the processing in the stupa should continue. Rubbing the nut mass, pour a drop of potato juice. However, not necessarily potato: in this case, I chose it as the most neutral. The nut is rubbed as small as possible. Then something like a patty forms on the plate.
