Kohlrabi braised

Peel the kohlrabi, cut into small slices, salt, batch in flour and fry lightly in oil. Then put in a saucepan, add the ground pepper, cinnamon and season with sour cream mixed with mashed tomato. Simmer the kohlrabi under the lid over a low heat for 40 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with parsley or dill greens.
