Knead the dough, roll out 2 long strips of 4 fingers wide from it and put mushroom mince on one of them at a distance of 3 cm one ball from the other. Cover the mince with a second strip of dough, cut, form pies, grease with egg and bake in the oven. Preparation of minced meat: dried mushrooms, well washed in running water, pour cold water and leave for 5-7 hours, then cook in the same water. Wet the bread in milk, salt the chopped onions and fry in vegetable oil. Boiled mushrooms, toasted onions, squeezed bread pass through a meat grinder, stir thoroughly, add pepper and parsley greens.
