Potato chilli slices

Peel and slice the potatoes into thin circles. Chilli also cut into thin rings. Finely chop the greens. Boil the potato slices in boiling water, remove and lower into cold water. Drain the water and transfer the potato slices to a dish. Heat sesame oil in a wok or frying pan, fry chopped chilli in it, pour in rice wine or cognac, soy sauce and vinegar. With this mixture, pour over the potato slices, add the chopped greens and serve after 2 minutes.
