cook, peel and grate the potatoes. butter, salt and yolks mix slowly and well with grated potatoes and add croutons (toasted, diced into small cubes, bun). stir the whole mixture, make small dumplings and cook in salt water for 15 minutes. when the dumplings are ready, season the broth with them and immediately serve, as the dumplings quickly harden.

potatoes - 1 kg, butter - 2 tbsp. spoons, yolk - 4 pcs., bun - 2 pcs., salt to taste
