Potato galushki in the oven (in romanian)

boil the potatoes in the skin, peel and wipe through a sieve or pass through a meat grinder. cook butter, eggs, flour and grated cheese. salt and pepper. cut the galushki with flour-covered hands. put a shallow pan of salted water on the fire and, when the water boils, put galushki in it. keep a quarter of an hour without letting it boil, toss in a colander, let it drain, put in a tin, sprinkle with grated cheese, drizzle with melted butter and put in the oven for a few minutes.
