Georgian-fried potato meatballs

cook the peeled potatoes in steam or in a very small amount of water, mash hot and beat so that a monotonous mass without lumps is obtained. then add raw eggs, finely chopped bulb onions, crushed walnuts, cilantro seeds and garlic, then salt, stir thoroughly and immediately roll up the walnut-sized balls. meatballs prepared in this way should be coated in flour or crumbs and fried on all sides in a heated pan with oil. when the meatballs are ready, lay them on a dish, pour butter, sprinkle with parsley greens or dill.
