Spinach mashed potatoes

potatoes are peeled, washed and boiled till softness in salt water. then the water is drained, the potatoes are kneaded with a wooden pestle. spinach leaves are washed on a sieve, allowed to drain with water and passed through a meat grinder. hot milk, butter, rotated spinach are added to potato mass and heated continuously by stirring. then the pan is set aside on the edge of the stove and the mass is thoroughly beaten with a wooden spoon
