Romanian potato tortilla

bake the potatoes in the skin in the oven, break in half, select the middle and mash it with a fork. salt, add a little ground pepper and oil. heat melted lard in a pan, put the mashed potatoes in an even layer, pressing with a spoon. let brown on one side, then turn the tortilla over like a pancake and fry on the other side. cut the finished cake into quarters and serve as a side dish to the vegetables.
