Potatoes baked with onions

Cut three large bulbs into slices and fry in oil. Cut 7-8 potatoes into slices half a centimeter thick and put in layers in a saucepan or deep pan, alternating potato slices with toasted onions. Slightly salt and pepper each layer of vegetables. The top layer should be made of potatoes. Pour milk and put on a small heat in the oven for an hour.
