Potatoes in milk

1 serving

Cut raw potatoes into cubes, put them in a sauté pan, pour boiling water, salt and cook for 5 - 10 minutes; small and medium young potatoes can be boiled whole, and large potatoes must be cut into parts. After that, drain the water, pour hot milk over the potatoes, salt and cook. Season the finished potatoes with oil and serve in a melchior pan, lamb pan or on a plate, sprinkling with herbs. You can cook a dish differently: boil whole tubers of potatoes until tender in water, then cut the boiled potatoes into cubes, pour milk, bring to a boil and season with oil mixed with flour (2 g), salt to taste and boil
