Stewed potatoes

Cut the peeled potatoes into even pieces. Put a layer of potatoes in a sauté pan, greased with oil. Put chopped fried meat or chopped sausage on potatoes, then pieces of fat (better pork lard). Top with finely chopped parsley greens. Meat and potatoes must be laid in layers, alternating them. There should be a layer of potatoes on top.
