Potatoes with brynza sauce
Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water. Peel the pepper from the stalk with seeds. Cut a fourth of the pepper into small cubes. Put the rest of the pepper, sprines in the blender, add milk and vegetable oil. Beat until smooth. Add the garlic and chopped pepper cubes passed through the press.
