peel the potatoes, chop, fry lightly in a saucepan in vegetable oil. pour meat or vegetable decoction (boiling), boil for 15 minutes, then add cucumbers cut into squares (pre-soaked in warm water). together with cucumbers, potatoes should boil for 20 minutes. then add the tomato puree.
