Potatoes with garlic in moldavian style
Peel young potatoes, boil in salted water until tender. Then drain the water, transfer the potatoes to a plate. Pour over the toasted lard along with the skewers and grated garlic, diluted with broth. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and dill greens.
potatoes - 1 kg, garlic - 0.5 heads, lard - 4 tbsp. spoons, greens to taste, pepper to taste, salt to taste
