Potatoes under white sauce

Potatoes peeled and chopped into 4 parts are boiled in salt water. Oil is separately melted and mixed with flour without browning. It is bred with potato decoction, thickened with yolk and diluted with milk. It is cooked until it thickens. Potatoes are added. It is sprinkled with breadcrumbs and grated parmesan on top. Brown in the oven.
