Boil the potatoes (400g) in the skin, peel, slice, salt. Put half of the chopped potatoes in a saucepan, the bottom and side walls of which are greased with butter. Stir 300 g of cottage cheese and 100 g of butter until sour cream and put in a saucepan. Then put the second half of the chopped potatoes in a saucepan. Shake 3 egg yolks with milk (100 g). Pour the potatoes with this mixture and put the pan in the oven for about an hour. Then serve.
