peel and cut the potatoes across into thin slices, but not to the end to make the potatoes appear intact in appearance. grease the mold from the inside with oil and place potatoes in it, sprinkle salt with pepper on top and put pieces of oil on each. sprinkle grated cheese on top. put the tin in an oven with medium heating for baking. serve golden brown potatoes with green lettuce, meat or braised fish.
