Baked potatoes stuffed with dried mushrooms

bake the potatoes, peel, cut the tops and spoon the middle out of each potato. cook dried mushrooms, chop them; pass the shredded onion. cool part of the obtained mushroom broth and mix it with passaged flour. pour cold mushroom broth mixed with passaged flour into boiling mushroom broth and cook, stirring all the time. when the broth thickens, add mushrooms, onions and as many potatoes taken from the tubers as you need to cook enough mince. fill potato tubers with this minced meat, put them on a sheet, pour with sour cream sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese mixed with ground crumbs, drizzle with oil and bake in a roasting cupboard.
