Boiled potatoes with pork lard

boil the potatoes in the skin, peel and cut into medium slices. fry finely chopped onions in a pan with warmed vegetable oil. when the onion is turning, add lard cut into pieces to it, which must be stirred all the time until it is browned. add flour, brown it and dilute with a little tomato juice. all together should boil for 10 - 15 minutes. put the potatoes in this sauce and cook in it for another 10 minutes.

potatoes - 1 kg, smoked lard - 200 g, onions - 100-120 g, vegetable oil to taste, tomato sauce to taste, flour to taste
