Potatoes stuffed with curd in romanian

cut raw potatoes in half, remove the middle, leaving walls about 1 cm thick, cut thin chips from the bottom so that the half can stand on the sheet, cook minced cheese from cottage cheese, add a little brynza (sheep's cheese), eggs, salt and flour to it. stuff the tubers halves, leveling the minced meat with a knife. put in a saucepan of preheated butter and leave on fire to make the potatoes brown from below. adding then a little diluted with water tomato puree or just water, simmer under the lid until the potatoes are soft. before serving, pour a few spoons of sour cream into the table.
