Potatoes stuffed with curd and cheese

half-boiled potatoes (cook for no more than 10 minutes), peeled, cut in half and remove the middle, as in the previous case. make minced meat from white bread, cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper and chopped dill soaked in milk and squeezed thick. fill half of the potatoes with minced meat, sprinkle grated cheese on top, add oil and put on a baking sheet or clay mold. keep in the oven until browned. add sour cream before serving.

potatoes - 1 kg, cottage cheese - 200 g, white bread - 1 piece, milk - 3 tbsp. spoons, eggs - 3 pcs., butter - 2 tbsp. spoons, sour cream - 3-4 tbsp. spoons, cheese - 1-2 tbsp. spoons, pepper to taste, dill to taste, salt to taste
