Potatoes are cleaned, washed and wiped with a towel. Cut in two, scrape out in the middle and fill with grated cheese. Each half is covered with a thin lid of potatoes popped out of the middle. They are laid on a sheet, sprayed with oil and baked in an oven until the potatoes soften.
