Meat stuffed potatoes (diet)

Potatoes are peeled and only half cooked uncut in salt water. In cold form, the top is cut from each potato, carefully, so as not to crush, the middle is taken out with a sharp knife. The meat, along with the wet bread, is passed through a meat grinder, salted and mixed with chopped parsley and egg, put in potatoes, which are then individually wetted slightly in a beaten egg, collapsed in crumbs and covered with cut tops. They are laid on a sheet with a small amount of vegetable oil and put in an oven for 30 minutes. For those who do not follow the diet, a little pepper and onions are added to the meat passed through the meat grinder, and before serving, stuffed potatoes are seasoned with 1/2 cup sour cream, or tomato sauce.
