The potatoes in the peel are only half cooked. When cold, it is cleaned and cut in two, scraped and stuffed with the following mixture: the brains, peeled and washed, salt, simmer in butter with a little green chopped parsley. 1 tbsp. spoonful of crackers. Stuffed potatoes are laid on a sheet with a small amount of vegetable oil and water. Placed for 20 minutes in the oven. At the end, some sour cream is added to the sauce.
