Fried cabbage
Light, healthy and such a delicious dish - fried cabbage. Recipe for roasting in breadcrumbs and eggs of different types of cabbage.
white cabbage - 300 g, or brussels cabbage - 300 g, or cauliflower - 300 g, or kohlrabi - 300 g, ground crumbs - 1 tbsp. spoon, or eggs - 1 pc., margarine - 1 tbsp. spoon, or butter - 1 tbsp. spoon
The first way. Cut white cabbage into squares, put in salted boiling water for 5 - 10 minutes. Drain, then fry in a pan with butter or margarine. Serve in a serving frying pan, sprinkling with crumbs, seasoning with pepper, salt and drizzling with oil. Boil cauliflower until tender, disassemble into stokers, drain, dry, sprinkle with crumbs and fry. Cut the Brussels sprouts from the stem, boil in salted boiling water until tender, but not digest, drain the water, dry, plan in crumbs and fry. Cut the kohlrabi into medium cubes, scald with boiling water to remove bitterness, drain, dry, fry with oil, season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with crumbs and serve. Second way. Prepare cabbage exactly as described in the first method, but without crumbs. Season the fried cabbage with oil and pepper, pour over with raw egg and fry like scrambled eggs.
