Zucchini in italian
Cut the peeled courgettes into cubes, put in the oil along with the finely chopped onions and stock. Add the tomato sauce, salt, sprinkle with chopped egg and grated cheese, pour over the fried speck and bake in the oven. Sprinkle with dill greens before serving.
