Squash is peeled, cut into circles 1-

The mushrooms are cut into thin slices, fried, poured with sour cream and stewed until tender. Tomatoes are washed, peeled and cut into 2 parts, sprinkled with salt, pepper and also fried. When served on zucchini, mushrooms stewed in sour cream are placed, fried tomatoes are on them. Parsley finely chopped greens are sprinkled.
