Mushrooms stewed in sour cream

peeled mushrooms, rinsed, scalded, cut into wedges, salted and fried. then fold into a saucepan and pour over the boiled sour cream. bind a bunch of parsley or dill greens, put cloves, peppercorns, bay leaves in it and put everything in a pan with mushrooms. extinguish until ready. remove the greens from the ready-made mushrooms and serve.
