Fried courgette with garlic
Wash, peel and cut the courgettes into large mugs (1 cm thick), so they will be more juicy. Stir, salt evenly all the mugs. Tilt the dishes with zucchini, leave it in this position for at least 30 minutes, so that the juice stands out. Roll each circle in flour. Fry in highly heated sunflower oil. Fry until golden, turn over, while reducing the strong heat. Add sunflower oil as needed without removing the pan from the stove. Serve with a mixture of sour cream and garlic, which is prepared as follows: grind garlic, rub, combine with sour cream, a pinch of salt and dill, mix. Sour cream can be replaced with vinegar.
