Ham potato galushki

Potatoes are cooked in peel, peeled and passed cold through a meat grinder. It is mixed with crumbs stewed in butter, then with sour cream, salt, egg, chopped (knife) ham and flour. Dough is kneaded, from which a long tube is produced. Cut into pieces, cut the galushki, put one near the other on a sheet with a little vegetable oil and put in an oven.

butter - 1 tbsp. spoon, potatoes - 500 g, salt to taste, breadcrumbs - 0.5 cups, flour - 2-3 tbsp. spoons, ham - 120 g, eggs - 1 pc., sour cream - 4 tbsp. spoons, vegetable oil to taste
