Beans and tomatoes

Young bean pods are washed, streaked, broken into 2 - 3 parts and put to stew in a small amount of water, putting a piece of butter there. Beans are stewed in thick-walled dishes. While it is cooking, onions are sautéed in vegetable oil, chopped in circles, salted and pepper tomatoes are lightly fried separately. Fry the flour (no fat) in a separate pan. The beans are stewed till semi-readiness, then salted, browned onions are placed, flour diluted in water or in meat broth is introduced. Prepared tomatoes are added 5- 7 minutes before the end of the stew. At the very end, crushed or finely chopped garlic is placed. The finished beans are already sprinkled with herbs in a plate.
