Wash the courgette, peel, cut across into two parts, remove the flesh with seeds from them and fill with stuffing.
1. For the mince: finely chopped onions, chopped carrots and sweet bell peppers, sauté in vegetable oil. Then combine the vegetables with boiled crumbly rice and mix. Lightly salt the minced meat and fill them with halves of courgettes. Combine the stuffed halves and simmer the courgettes in the gooseberry, placing a little oil on the bottom and pouring sour cream over them on top. When the courgettes are soft, carefully cut them into pieces 2-3 cm thick and carefully, so that the minced meat does not fall out, arrange them on plates, sprinkling with chopped greens.
2. Zucchini can be filled with cottage cheese, ground with eggs, butter and chopped dill.
3. You can make squash with meat. To do this, you need to pass the meat through a meat grinder, add cooled boiled rice or pearl barley, fried onions, some water, salt, ground pepper to it and mix everything. Minced meat courgettes should be baked in the oven for 40 minutes with sour cream or tomato sauce.
