Cauliflower fried
Clean the cauliflower, rinse and disassemble into stoves. Boil it in salted water until soft, eat it and, when the water is drained, plan it in flour. Then soak in egg liaison and fry in a pan in oil. Serve with milk sauce, dressed with grated cheese, yolks and citric acid.
