Artichokes boiled i

Tie the treated artichokes with a thread around and crosswise, put in boiling salted water acidified with citric acid, and cook. When the lower, thickest, part of the artichokes are soft, take them out of the water and put the bottom up to make the glass water. When serving, remove the thread, lay the artichokes on the dish bottom down, decorate with herbs. Separately serve Dutch sauce with vinegar or egg sweet.
