"tzimes" potato




Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and put in a saucepan. Add butter or goose fat, washed raisins, prunes, cinnamon and sugar. Fill with hot water, barely covering the contents. Simmer until semi-ready. Spit the flour, dilute with water and add to the pan, salt, stir and bring to readiness.
