Cherry omelette
Rinse the cherries, remove the seeds, sprinkle the cherries with sugar. Stir the flour with milk, drive in the eggs, salt, mix until homogeneous. Heat the pan with fat, pour out half of the dough, lay out the prepared cherries, pour over the remaining dough. Bake for 40 minutes in the oven at a moderate temperature. After removing from the heat, cut and sprinkle with sugar.
