Omelette loaves




Peel the onion and cut into thin rings, peel the pepper and cut into small cubes. Mix onion and pepper, add ground paprika and salt. Fry in butter for 3-5 minutes until softened. Whisk the eggs with cream, pour over the vegetables and cook over a low heat under a lid for 4 minutes. Let the omelette cool and cut into 6 triangles. Cut the tomatoes into thin circles. Spread 1 tbsp. spoonful of feta on each bread, put a mug of tomato and a piece of omelette on top. Sprinkle with chopped parsley greens.
