Jelly dumplings baked in omelette

Fill the brynza with cool boiling water and leave in this form until the boiling water cools. Then we pass through a meat grinder with garlic, put in a bowl and rub well with softened butter. Put the ready-made hot dumplings in one row on a large frying pan with high sides on hot fat and fry from all sides. Beat the mixture of eggs, milk and flour with a mixer and pour the dumplings fried until rosy. We serve to the table in the same pan, when the omelette under the lid on low heat is baked and increased in volume.
