Cheese omelette
Dilute the flour 2-3 tbsp. spoons of water, rub so that there are no lumps, drive in the eggs, beat a little with a fork, add cheese and mix. Pour the omelette mass into a pan with hot fat, fry on a medium heat until tender. Serve hot, serve ketchup separately.
