Make dough from the products provided by the recipe. 7c part of it shall be set aside, and the rest shall be laid in a sheet. Stir the filling products (leave a little egg yolk to lubricate the product) and put on the dough in a baking sheet. Roll the remaining dough into a thin layer and cut into strips 1 cm wide. Lay the dough strips on top of the fillings crosswise so that the mesh is obtained and grease with egg yolk. Bake the pie in a hot oven. Serve warm, chopped.
