Prepare the filling: grate slightly stale buns on a coarse grater. Then add the crushed nuts, browned from pitted cherry syrup, sugar, finely grated pitted lemon, washed and dried raisins, melted margarine and butter, sunflower oil, mix well until smooth and divide into four equal parts.
