Minced meat with onions

Raw meat is passed through a meat grinder with two bars. The minced meat is placed on a deep tray lubricated with fat with a layer of not more than 3 cm and, stirring periodically, fried until cooked. Then juice released from meat is drained and white sauce is prepared on it. Fried meat is mixed with sautéed onions and once again passed through a meat grinder with a fine lattice. The minced meat is seasoned with white sauce, salt, pepper, finely chopped greens and mixed.
