The feathers of spring onions (or leeks) are sorted, finely chopped, salted, mixed with vegetable oil and fried in a deep frying pan until softened. Then boiled, finely chopped eggs, salt are added and mixed. If you prefer to achieve a sharper taste of the filling, then the onion does not need to be fried. It is enough to pour boiling oil into it, salt, wash and stir with a spoon, and then, adding chopped eggs, stir again.
